2. How do i use a promotional code?

Simply enter your promotional code into the 'promotional code' box at checkout and hit 'Apply Coupon'. If the code is valid your discount will be applied!

1. Why can't i find an item that was advertised?
Oh no! This is probably because our Instagram advertised products usually sell out very quickly so it may be that they are no longer in stock! But please keep an eye on prettyftbox.com as we are constantly updating it!

2. Will you be getting more stock?

Our popular items can sell out quickly as we offer very affordable prices. In the meantime, why not browse through our Last Chance Sale category!

1.How can I pay for my order?

2. What kinds of payment are accepted?

We accept the following forms of secure payment:

 3. Can I use a debit card to pay for my order.

Yes, you can order using debit cards. If you have a Visa or MasterCard logo on your debit card, you can use it as a credit card through PayPal, Amazon Pay and our online secure checkout process. 

 

Shipping FAQs 

1. How much is the shipping cost?

For standard shipping, you can enjoy free shipping on all USA orders. CA

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Takes about 7-10 Business Days, Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances.).

3. How can I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order  when you log in to your Prettyfitbox account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

 

 Return & Exchanges FAQs

1.How do I return or exchange an item?

Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Return Care Center staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.

2. How long does it take to get refunded on a credit card

Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days after we receive your return item(s). Refund may take up to five days to show on your credit/bank statement but typically appears in 24-48 hours depending on your bank, we recommend contacting your payment provider to release funds quicker.

*All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. What is your return policy?

*Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
*Items must be unworn and unwashed.
*Items must have all tags attached.
*Shoes must be tried on indoors.

*Any returns must be made at your own cost.

4.Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All sale items are FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
